Peter Drucker

Peter Drucker has been quoted often after he so succinctly pointed out that, “The purpose of a company is to create a customer.”  Integrated marketing communications maintain the customer as the focus.  Whether or not you agree with Drucker, one cannot disagree that companies will not exist without customers.  As busy executives, it easy too easy to get caught up in the hectic nature of our work at the expense of ignoring the customers.  When was the last time you met with a customer and/or saw one of your products in use or your procedures/services being performed?
